We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, return on investment, sale price, or result. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and transactions.
3. Engagements, Fees & Payment
Fees for our Services are described on our Services & Pricing page or in a written proposal provided to you. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting fees are due at the time of booking or as specified in your proposal. Custom and retainer engagements may be invoiced according to a separate written agreement.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Client Responsibilities
