This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting and advisory services purchased from J-Pec Inc. (J-Pec Incorporated). We want every client to feel confident booking with us, and this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Please note that consulting fees pay for our professional time, analysis, and advice — not for any specific financial result. As described in our Terms of Service, we do not refund fees on the basis of a real estate outcome, market movement, or a decision you choose to make or not make.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
